The cutaneous adnexal tumors are a clinically heterogeneous group of diseases, which are based on abnormalities of sweat, sebaceous and hair follicular cells. Clinical and dermatoscopic diagnosis of the skin appendages neoplasms is difficult, especially if they’re single neoplasms and sporadic, due to the visual identity of the tumors to other benign or malignant neoplasms, such as the nodular form of basal cell carcinoma, skin metastases, etc. In addition, diagnostic difficulties can happen during pathomorphological study, as tumors can have a mixed differentiation of eccrine and apocrine glands cells, cells of sebaceous gland, hair follicle cells. The article represents current data on the cutaneous adnexal tumors: their classification, based on the classification of skin tumors of the WHO in 2018, diagnosis of tumors according to their localization, the clinical and dermatoscopic picture associated with neoplasms of dermal appendages by hereditary syndromes.
A  clinical example of a family with genetic autosomal dominant Brook — Spiegler syndrome describes the clinical, dermatoscopic picture of multiple trichoepitheliomas, spiardenomas, cylindromas in detail.

Keywords: cutaneous tumor, Brook — Spiegler syndrome, dermatoscopy, neoplasms, apocrine glands, sebaceous glands, sweat glands, trichoepithelioma, spiardenoma, cylindroma.
