Aim: to analyze efficacy of assisted reproductive technology (ART) programs according to the the Russian Association of Human Reproduction (RAHR) Registry from 2019 to 2023, as well as to assess incidence of clinical pregnancies, delivery and reproductive losses in ART programs including those with and without preimplantation genetic testing (PGT).

Materials and Methods: a retrospective cohort study based on annual RAHR registry reports was performed. Embryo transfers (ET), clinical pregnancies, delivery and pregnancy losses were analyzed.

Results: a total of 601780 ETs were included within the study period. Clinical pregnancy rate was 48.9% after PGT versus 38.5% without PGT. Delivery rate per ET was 35.5% versus 26.9%, respectively. Clinical pregnancy loss rate was lower after PGT (17.2% vs 22.4%).

Conclusions: PGT was significantly associated with higher clinical pregnancy and delivery rates, as well as lower reproductive loss rates.

Keywords: assisted reproductive technologies; in vitro fertilization; PGT; preimplantation genetic testing; reproductive losses; clinical pregnancy; delivery; donor oocytes; RARH; infertility.
