It is known that the autonomic nervous system (ANS) is of great importance for the functioning of the whole organism and the regulation of its individual physiological processes. In the overwhelming majority of cases, autonomic disorders are secondary and occur in many neurological, mental, somatic diseases and psychogenic disorders. In local clinical practice, specialists of different profiles often and widely set diagnoses «angioneurosis» (D) or «autonomic dysfunction», representing in most cases psychogenically caused polysystemic disorders. Emotional-affective disorders of varying severity almost obligately accompany autonomic dysfunction, the leading ones are anxiety disorders of varying severity: from fairly mild forms in patients with AD to extremely severe disabling conditions that can be fatal. Treatment of patients with AD consists of complex pharmacological and non-drug approaches. One of the new generation drugs with combined anxiolytic, nootropic, antiasthenic and other effects recommended for the treatment of mild anxiety disorders or used in the complex therapy of affective disorders of varying severity is Tenoten, containing ultra-low doses of affinity purified antibodies to the brain-specific protein S-100.
Key words: dysautonomia, psychogenic disorders, anxiety disorders, Tenoten.
