In today’s society, the medical and social significance of musculoskeletal system diseases is steadily increasing. Degenerative-dystrophic joint (osteoarthritis) and spinal diseases take centre stage among this disease group. Prevention of age-associated diseases and geriatric syndromes, aimed at the modifiable risk factors correction, early detection of diseases, optimal non-drug and drug treatment methods, is a crucial direction to the improvement and maintaining the senile age people health. Osteoarthritis (OA) refers to diseases that have no involution and are irreversible. In this regard, pain reduction, maintaining active daily activities and social function are the main treatment goals in almost all patients. Along with the known conservative OA treatment methods, there are alternative effects. Complex bioregulatory medicines are exceptionally natural type of drugs. Many of them have anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory, and antimicrobial action mechanism. Bioregulatory drugs composition has proven its effectiveness in large-scale clinical studies in an empirical way. Preparations based on active ingredients of plant origin and minerals prepared by homeopathic technology gained a widespread occurrence.
